Postactivation Potentiation 

PAP training has great potential for use with hockey players. Older players who are serious about increasing their skating power can schedule on ice PAP sessions.

One-legged acceleration is the basis for all skating quickness and speed!!!!
Basic Dynamic Warmup. 1 minute of jump rope in between each move. Each move is done twice 10 seconds for wide-outs, hip switches, pogo jumps. Burpies are 4 sets of 5.
Avoid training in straight lines or limited range of motion or with two legs. Ice hockey is a one-legged sport!
